In information society, enterprises need to improve their core competitiveness through innovation. And collaborative innovation is increasingly becoming an important way for enterprise development. The development of collaborative innovation in our country also attached great importance. Then the Ministry of education put forward "2011 plan". In this paper, with the topic of "enterprise collaborative innovation path selection", Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science and Technology CO., LTD is studied as an example to analyze the status and role of enterprise innovation in the collaborative system. At last this paper puts forward a ways to realize the collaborative innovation of enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper based on Potter’s diamond model constructs a collaborative innovation centered by enterprise, on the basis of the relevant literature and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of collaborative innovation model studied by previous Scholar, combined with the principle of collaborative innovation.Secondly, this paper analyzes the status and role of enterprise in the cooperative innovation. The analysis about the status is started from the role and advantages of enterprise and the conclusion is that the enterprise is in the dominant position of collaborative innovation system; The analysis about the factors on the influence of collaborative innovation is from two angles of enterprises themselves and the external environment. And the eight main factors are found. And based on the results of the previous research this paper puts forward that the enterprise should improve themselves and put into the collaborative innovation system from severer aspects.Finally, through the Jiangxi Lianchuang Opto. Case analysis, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, this paper analyze some problems about the enterprise collaborative innovation and put forward some macro suggestions to promote collaborative innovation.Through the research on the path of enterprise collaborative innovation, theoretical basis of cooperative innovation is further improved, the research contents of collaborative innovation is enriched; And through putting forward self-perfection of the enterprise in the collaborative innovation system, combined with the case of macro suggestions given to promote the enterprise collaborative innovation, In this paper, a reference is provide for the enterprise management and government support policies.
