According to the theory of enterprise resource and the theory of enterprise competence,the source of competitive advantage of enterprises not only needs the possession of key resources,but also needs the ability to configure and utilize these key resources.Knowledge and information resources have become an important source of competitive advantage.As innovation activities become more complex,it is increasingly difficult for enterprises to rely solely on their own resources to complete innovation activities,enabling companies to continue to gain complementary resources from outside to promote business innovation.On the basis of related literature review,this paper constructs the theoretical model of collaborative innovation between enterprises and different external entities under the action of resource integration ability,and comprehensively analyzes the collaborative innovation between enterprises and different subjects impact on innovation performance.This study divides the enterprise collaborative innovation into four dimensions according to the main body,respectively for the collaborative innovation between the enterprise and the government department,the collaborative innovation between the enterprise and the stakeholder(customer,supplier,competitor),the collaborative innovation between the enterprise and research organizations(universities,research institutes),the collaborative innovation between the enterprise and intermediary organizations(financial intermediaries,technical intermediaries,talent intermediary,etc.).In this paper,the enterprise collaborative innovation as independent variables,innovation performance as the dependent variable,while the resource integration capability as a moderator.In order to focus on the research object,this paper chooses the enterprises of Chengdu Internet of Things,through the study of 135 companies data samples,test resources integration ability in the enterprise whether has moderate effect between collaborative innovation and innovation performance,at the same time,discuss the influences of external innovation main body of innovation performance.Through the empirical research,the results show that the collaborative innovation between enterprises and government departments(enterprise-government collaborative innovation)has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises,the collaborative innovation between enterprises and stakeholders(enterprise-enterprise collaborative innovation)has a significant positive predictive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises,the collaborative innovation between enterprises and research organizations(enterprise-research collaborative innovation)has a significant positive predictive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises,the collaborative innovation between enterprises and intermediary organizations(enterprises-intermediary collaborative)has a significant positive predictive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises.Resource integration ability can positively moderate the relationship between enterprise-enterprise collaborative innovation and innovation performance,resource integration ability can positively moderate the relationship between enterprise-research collaborative innovation and innovation performance.Resource integration ability can't moderate the relationship between enterprise-government collaborative innovation and innovation performance.Resource integration ability can't moderate the relationship between enterprise-intermediary collaborative innovation and innovation performance.Finally,the conclusion and significance of this paper are analyzed,the deficiency and the research prospect are pointed out.
