Research On The Relationship Between Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Network Characteristics And Collaborative Innovation Performance

With the continuous development of the knowledge economy,the complexity of knowledge and the uncertainty of technological innovation make the difficulty of independent innovation of individual enterprises become more and more serious.Therefore,cooperation and interaction under network conditions have gradually become an important model of enterprise innovation.The dynamic environment,the ability to acquire,share and create knowledge in the network,becomes an important means for enterprises to acquire knowledge resources to form a competitive advantage.Under this background,this paper studies the relationship between enterprise collaborative innovation network characteristics and collaborative innovation performance,and divides network characteristics into five dimensions:network strength,scale,heterogeneity,openness and stability.As a mediator variable,knowledge rigidity is a regulatory variable,to analyze the impact mechanism of corporate collaborative innovation network related characteristics on corporate collaborative innovation performance.Firstly,this paper uses the bibliometrics software citespace and VOSviewer to collate the variable collaborative innovation network and its characteristics,knowledge-based dynamic capability and collaborative innovation performance,and combine the literature reading method to grasp the current research foundation and research frontier.The current research shortcomings and the research hypothesis of this paper.Through the 285 valid questionnaires recovered from the enterprise and with the spss 19.0,the questionnaire was analyzed for reliability and validity.Under the condition,the relationship between the variables was analyzed and analyzed,and the hypotheses proposed were tested.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Network strength,network openness and network stability in the characteristics of enterprise collaborative innovation network are positively affecting knowledge-based dynamic capability and enterprise collaborative innovation performance,but network scale and network heterogeneity are both The impact is not significant,and the knowledge-based dynamic capability also have a positive impact on the performance of collaborative innovation.(2)knowledge-based dynamic capability mediates the relationship between network strength,network openness and network stability and enterprise collaborative innovation performance.Among them,network openness is a complete intermediary,and network strength and network stability are partially intermediaries.(3)Knowledge rigidity has the possibility of negatively affecting the relationship between network intensity,network characteristics and knowledge-based dynamic capability,collaborative innovation performance,and negatively regulates the positive relationship between network stability and knowledge-based dynamic capability.
