The effect of regional element fluxion on finance agglomeration is becoming increasingly more prominent during development of financial economics. In this scenario, this dissertation was divided into 6 parts demonstrating the relationship of finance agglomeration, element fluxion and the convergent evolution of regional economic growth. In Part 1, the author introduced the background and current status of convergence of finance agglomeration, element fluxion and regional economic growth. In Part 2, the author presented the key concepts and methods. In Part 3, the author constructed the index system of comprehensive assessment of national finance agglomeration and element fluxion. Principal-component and desirability function analyses were used to evaluate the finance agglomeration and element fluxion during2006 to 2012 in 31 provinces(including municipalities) which were categorized into3 groups, including eastern, central and western regions. The results showed that the eastern region maintained high level, the central region maintained medium level while the western region maintained low level of finance agglomeration and element fluxion. In Part 4, the author provided the calculation model and empirical results of convergence of finance agglomeration, element fluxion and regional economic growth. The results indicated that the national economic growth generally showed σconvergence during 1978 to 2012. The regional economics showed significant conditional β convergence when considering finance agglomeration and element fluxion during 2006-2012. Additionally, club convergence was shown in the eastern region, but not in the central or western regions. In Part 5, in light of the results of our empirical research on finance agglomeration and element fluxion nationwide, the author provides several suggestions regarding the development of economics in the central and western regions. In Part 6, the author discussed the weak points of this essay and provided prospect views in the future.
