The Study Of Evaluation And Equilibrium Of Industrial Land Use Efficiency In Shanxi Province

Currently,it is a critical period of rapid economy-development and industrial transformation, for Shanxi.The level of urbanization is improved constantly and the industrialization process is pushed on uninterruptedly.The pressures of land use is very significant which is caused by Industrialization and urbanization.So it has practical significance for the economic development of Shanxi Province to analysis equilibrium of industrial land and evaluate industrial efficiency of Shanxi Province.As such,this paper did some quantitative analysis of the the balance and the relative efficiency of industrial land in Shanxi Province in the background of increasingly prominent of conflicts of industrial sites and industrial transformation.At first,This paper analyzed the equilibrium of industrial sites’efficiency and industrial sectors with the method of Lorenz Curve based on the theoretical studies and literature review,then accessed the assignment of industrial sites’use efficiency and industrial sectors structure. And then,this paper evaluated the relative benefits of industrial systems and 10 major industrial sectors of Shanxi Province.At last,this paper proposed some suggestions about how to optimize the industrial structure of Shanxi Province.This Study has shown that:(1)The industrial sites’use efficiency and industrial structure are both in a non-equilibrium state,and the state of imbalance increased year by year.This shows that there is a gap of industrial sites’use levels among regions,and the gap was gradually widened year by year.However, all regions have played better competitive industries.And the industry played in the direction of strengthening its superior industries;(2)There are large differences among different sectors of industry in land use efficiency.The highest sectors" scores of relatively comprehensive benefits,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of coal and metallurgical are all 1.And the relatively comprehensive benefits of food, power, chemical, pharmaceutical and machinery industries are followed by it,the scores are 0.92、0.85、0.76、0.72、0.68;The scores of relatively comprehensive benefits of building materials, electronics and textile industry are low,the scores are 0.5、0.37、0.25.The results reflected the characteristics of industries in Shanxi Province which was resource-based industries.It should optimize the allocation of resources, optimizing industrial structure,cater to regional industrial policy and establish regional cooperation mechanisms in the future based on the viewpoint of sustainable development to promote the coordinated development of industry in Shanxi Province.
