| In recent years, China’s national economy has a rapid development, fast forward, social life style change, people’s health needs gradually increased, the need for good health is more and more strong, and health services are also produced. But the health of China’s service industry is still at the starting stage, small-scale industries, be short of service supply, it is difficult to demand of the people’s health. Therefore, the denotation and connotation clear health service and its related and supporting industry, strengthen the construction of health service, perfect the basic health service system, to develop the health service ability becomes the urgent need to complete the tasks and objectives.This article is based on the national 31 provinces and cities(except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), combined with the theory of industrial structure, the Clark classification theory i n health services, scientific connotation and extension of the State Council issued the provisio ns of the documents as the basis, to the senior scholars on related industries as the support res earch, firstly make a description of the present development situation of health service in China; secondly combining the exploration of quantitative research has established the measu rement index system of health services and the level of compositive development of health service in China is evaluated; the final analysis our country’s various provinces and cities heal thy development of service industry in regional differences, and puts forward some correspon ding suggestions for the problems.(1)Appears in the global scope, the developed countries the level of health services is better than that of developing countries, in developing countries to Chinese in upstream position in health expenditure, the level of development of the present stage in general, but the average life expectancy is high, rising in a large space. In our country the whole, health care, pension services, insurance services and other related support industries, at present, resources, funds and other practitioners than before has greatly increased, the progress is quick; the gaps between urban and rural areas is more obvious and the gap between larger, city health level and investment is better than the rural health services; the eastern coastal area development level is the highest, and the western is the worst, the differences are very obvious.(2)Evaluating method for the comprehensive development of China’s health services calculated in 2008 and 2012 the comprehensive development level, the overall level of our health service is low, is the weak link in the development of modern service industry, but compared with 2008, 2012 has make a spurt of progress growth, progress more quickly.(3)The coefficient of variation, Theil coefficient, Gini coefficient, calculation of regional health service clustering methods such as difference, found that the region of our country health service difference is bigger, unbalanced development, classification index of different regions, the uneven distribution of all significant features, showing a declining from the eastern coastal areas to the ladder like the western inland area situation; at the same time, closely related to health services and economic infrastructure development. |
