Study On Regional Difference Of Investment Environment In Shanxi Province

With the development of Chinese economic entering new normal,the way of the economical development is more reasonable,and the economical structure is better,and the motive power of economic is stronge,and the goal of economical development is more scientific.On the background,Shanxi Province takes the coal industry as pillar industry,and it's speed of economic growth continues to be at the bottom of the country.The economic transformation of Shanxi is imminent.If foreign enterprises come here to invest,we can bring a lot of capital,advanced science technology and excellent management experience,and advance the economic development of the region.So,we should use scientific methods to analyze the regional differences of investment environment in Shanxi Province,and then analyze the reasons for the differences.Then,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the investment environment in various places.It is of great significance to the development of Shanxi's economy.This paper first expounds the related theories of investment environment;then the present situation of the investment environment in Shanxi province is analyzed from five aspects of nature,economy,infrastructure,society and policy;then the paper regards the data of the past five years from Shanxi statistical yearbook and related statistics websites as raw data,and analysis it by entropy method,then the value of the investment environment,the sub-environment and each index are obtained;at the same time,the paper analyzes regional differences of investment environment in the province from 2012 to 2015;and then analyzes the reasons for the formation of regional differences in investment environment in Shanxi.Finally,some suggestions on the optimization of the investment environment in all parts of the whole province are put forward.From five aspects of nature,economy,infrastructure,society and policy,the article selects a number of indicators and uses entropy method to construct an index system suitable for evaluating the investment environment in Shanxi province.This system can truly and objectively reflect the situation of the investment environment in the cities of Shanxi province.The results of this study shows that: from the sub-environment that affects the investment environment,the regional differences in the economic environment are most obvious,and the second is infrastructure environment,and the next is natural environment and the social environment,and the last is policy environment.Judging from the spatial distribution,investment environment is the best in Taiyuan City.And the next is Shuozhou City,Jincheng City,Jinzhong City,Datong city and Changzhi city.Investment environment of Yangquan city and Xinzhou City is poor.And the investment environmen of Linfen City and Yuncheng city is the worst.From the perspective of time evolution,the overall investment environment in the whole province did not change significantly from 2012 to 2015.However,the difference of investment environment among different cities increased from 2012 to 2014,and the degree of difference in 2015 declined.According to the overall score of the investment environment,11 regional cities in Shanxi province are divided by SPSS software,and Shanxi province can be divided into 4 types according to the level of investment environment.According to the classification results,we can clearly see the differences in the development of investment environment in different cities of Shanxi province.According to the regional differences of investment environment in Shanxi Province,the following measures are put forward to optimize the investment environment of local cities: take scientific development as the guidance to improve the natural environment of the region;develop the characteristic first industry according to local conditions;promote the new industry and optimize the industrial structure;increase capital investment and improve infrastructure construction;increase the construction of education and public health system to improve the level of scientific and technical health in the region;improve the relevant policy environment,stimulate market vitality and expand the market scale;increase the strength of poverty alleviation and improve the economic level of the region;take advantage of its natural and historical advantages to develop tourism.
