Forecasting And Analysis On Basic Pension Funds Revenue And Expenditure Of Agricultural Division 1 In Xinjiang

The decline in fertility and prolongation of life expectancy accelerate aging process in China. It becomes a global problem. Especially the impact of basic pension funds become a very universal and serious funds crisis of over 170 countries that had established old-age insurance system. The old-age insurance balance becomes prerequisites of social stability and prosperity; it is a common concern of the international community.This article mainly studies the current basic insurance fund balance of payments in agriculture first division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops. Balance of endowment insurance fund is a necessary condition for sustainable development of the basic old-age insurance system. If the basic endowment insurance fund runs behind one’s expenses, there will break out economic and political issues.So the practical significance of the balance problem of pension funds. Influence factors of endowment insurance fund balance of payment(payment rate, coverage rate, substitution rate, retirement age, the collection rate) are researched in this paper. Methods qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of analysis of the balance of basic pension insurance payments in agriculture first division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops., forecasting analysis from statistics, improve the basic old-age insurance fund balance of payments situation put forward opinions and suggestions.
