Research On The Supply Chain Logistics Management Of Material Of A Water Conservancy Project At Northern Xinjiang

Water conservancy project investment is large, especially the large water conservancy project, usually invested billions of Yuan. The survey shows, material costs often account for the construction cost of 60%~70%, while the material logistics costs generally account for around 17% of the cost of the material, that is material logistics costs accounted for about 11% of the cost of construction project. Visible, material logistics has important economic consequences of water conservancy project construction. Material logistics efficiency not only affects the engineering construction progress of the project and the turnover of capital, it has an important role that cannot be ignored on the construction project quality and safety. In this paper, from a water conservancy project(due to the importance of engineering and other reasons, is not convenient to disclose the specific name) work of supply chain logistics management material point of view, through the study of the materials in the construction, we found the problem out some of the material in the supply chain logistics management, and put forward feasible suggestions.(1) According to the definition of logistics, third party logistics management, combined with the characteristics of the project construction of a water conservancy project, on the basis of existing research, and points out the different material logistics engineering, model of supply chain logistics management of water conservancy engineering material selection.(2) According to the supply chain logistics management of material flow of a water conservancy project, from materials procurement, supplier selection, the third party logistics management, quality, quantity of the material acceptance, storage, analysis and study of logistics management of material supply chain material accounting for multiple process.(3) Aiming at the hydraulic engineering material in the supply chain logistics management, material quantity problems in logistics, third party logistics management, management of construction units in the hidden danger to be analyzed, the quantity of material solution of material consumption quota management, we should strengthen the construction unit management and supplier management, solve the transportation problem from contract management, to provide good suggestions for the future construction of water conservancy project in Xinjiang.
