Quality Management And Control Of Wind Farm Transmission Line Project

Wind farm transmission lines is an important part of wind farm, it takes the important tasks of electricity transmission and distribution, and it contacts with every wind turbines, substation to make the wind farm effectively run. In recent years, the wind power projects'disorderly competition, project quality control lacks of the entire process quality control and the irregular prevention of quality problems affect the quality of the transmission line project.This paper research the relevant theory of transmission line project quality management and control and the domestic and foreign research status. It analyzes the characteristics of wind farm transmission line project, the status and problems of such projects, including design quality problems, construction quality problems, raw material quality issues and the quality problems of work issues which caused by the special environment. In order to promote the institutionalization and standardized of management, strengthen management, specify construction and ensure the effective operation of quality system, in response to these quality problems, this paper proposed transmission line project quality assurance management system, including the establishment of quality management responsibility system, quality management organization and responsibilities, construction quality assurance measures, technical specifications standards and standards of quality critical points controlling. Finally, based on specific issues, this paper proposed specific programs to improve the quality management of transmission lines project, which includes the sub-project quality control methods and the quality assurance methods of the key quality points.The results of this study have some reference value to solve existing quality problems of wind power transmission lines and improve the quality management level.
