The Study Of Power Supply Enterprise Total Quality Management Based On QC Group

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of technology, Market has become more and more competitive, and customers are demanding higher quality products. Therefore, quality management has become the company’s core management tasks. As the continuous development of quality management, it has changed from the original post hoc test developed into a comprehensive and overall management mode and idea, namely the total quality management. On the other hand, because of the China’s economic growth and social electricity consumption rise, power grid construction has entered a stage of rapid development and power grid’s scale is becoming larger and larger. So how to improve the power company’s maintenance work’s quality and efficiency to meet the rapid growth of electricity demand and ensure the quality of electric energy, which has become a challenge that the power supply enterprises must face. The QC group, as a quality improvement has introduced into our country since 1978, which has played an important role in many industries, around the existence of the business strategy, objectives and site problems, in order to improve the product quality, reduce the consumption, improve staff quality and increase economic benefits, QC group applied a variety of theories and methods of quality management to carry out activities. The power supply enterprises can carry out QC group activities continuously to improve and enhance their quality management level. By doing so, it can improve the quantity and the quality of electric at the same time.Based on the total quality management and the theories related to QC group, this paper by means of the in-depth analysis of the power supply enterprise to summarize the existing obstacle of total quality management in power supply enterprise at present, and put forward some matters needed attention in the use of total quality management of power supply enterprises according this. Meanwhile, I also list the organization and achievements to carry out QC team activities of Langfang power supply enterprise. We also used the concrete QC team which is studying the remote video system as an example to explain the steps of carrying out QC group activities and analyzed the important of QC group on the total quality management.Finally, according to the influencing factors of total quality management in power supply enterprise, selecting scientific evaluation indicator to construct the evaluation system of total quality management in power supply enterprise. We standardized the evaluation indicator using expert scoring method to obtain the index standard score. On this basis, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build a comprehensive quality management evaluation model to calculate the weight of each evaluation indicator and the standard scores,calculated the results obtained by single indicator of total quality management composite score and the corresponding management level. Using the model to evaluate the total quality management of Langfang power supply enterprise which carried out the QC group for a period of time, which obtained results corresponding to "higher" level. It supports the theory that QC group on the power supply enterprise’s total quality management level has a lifting functio, but also to see the gap between enterprises and the advanced, pointed out the direction for the future of the enterprise total quality management work.
