Research On The Total Performance Management Of Township Power Supply Station In Wuchuan Power Enterprise

As an important part of human resource management in power supply enterprises,performance management is more and more widely used in power supply enterprises.In recent years,more and more achievements have been made in the study of enterprise performance management,but there are relatively few studies on the performance of township power supply stations.As the dispatched agency of the power supply company,the township power supply station undertakes the implementation of various power supply services,such as line maintenance service,power shutdown and transmission service,meter reading,electricity charge collection and so on.With the deepening of the new electricity reform,how to improve the comprehensive strength of traditional power supply enterprises through their own performance management to cope with the competition of independent power selling companies composed of social capital is one of the difficult problems that need to be solved before facing the market competition directly.Therefore,it is very important to study the performance management of township power supply stations in power supply enterprises.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background and significance of performance management in township power supply stations of power supply enterprises,combs and analyses the research status of performance management at home and abroad,and puts forward the research contents,methods,expected results and possible innovations of this paper;secondly,it explains the relevant theories and methods of performance management,which mainly include performance and performance management.The basic concepts,basic processes and main methods of performance management are introduced.Secondly,the status quo of performance management of township power supply stations in Wuchuan power enterprise is analyzed in detail.The problems in performance management of township power supply stations in Wuchuan power enterprise are analyzed comprehensively from three aspects:performance management organizational system,performance evaluation content and Application of performance evaluation results.Then,this paper puts forward the design objectives and principles of the performance management plan for the whole staff of the township power supply station of Wuchuan Power Supply Company,formulates the indicators and standards for the performance evaluation of the whole staff,and designs them from five aspects:the organizational system of the performance management of the whole staff,the implementation plan of the performance management plan,the performance evaluation and feedback of the whole staff,the calculation method of the score of the performance evaluation of the whole staff and the application of the results of the performance evaluation of the whole staff.The implementation plan of performance management for the whole staff of township power supply station of Wuchuan Power Supply Company is put forward.And this paper selects Hushan Power Supply Station to make an empirical analysis of the application effect of the scheme.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance management plan of the township power supply station of Wuchuan power enterprise from four aspects:strengthening the attention of senior managers,ensuring the normal operation of human resources,ensuring the effective implementation of the plan,professional management performance evaluation and control,and building an effective information communication platform.The pur:pose of this paper is to play a positive role in promoting the performance management level of township power supply stations for other power supply companies.
