With the global economic developing rapidly, the power demand is growing strongly. Now the issues of energy resource shortage, environment pollution and climate change have become increasingly prominent. Distributed energy can achieve multi goals of energy sustainability, easing environment pressure and promoting economic development with using wind, solar and bio-fuel as the main source fuel, and it has become the important direction of energy development. With the strong support of policy, distributed energy is developing rapidly, and the system, technology and the constraints of interests which used to hamper it’s development has been gradually eliminating. In order to promote the distributed energy generation developing further, founding the distributed energy trading market and opening the market system should be taken into account. So the research of mechanism of distributed energy, analyzing the risk levels of distributed energy trading and founding the security system of distributed energy is looming ahead. The risk of trading mode on the DG is mainly discussed in this paper. Firstly, the basic definition, the technical features, current situation, some relevant policies and problems of DG in China are presented. Secondly, a specific trading mode of DG including participants, the market mechanism is suggested. Meanwhile, the implementation path of DG trading is described. Thirdly, based on the identification of risk factors, the trading risk evaluation index system and corresponding AHP-Fuzzy model of DG is established. Through empirical research, it is concluded trading risks of DG is proposed. Indeed, research results can provide a theoretical reference value for the DG trading.
