Research On Distribution Network Management System And Model Of Ningbo City

Since mid 2012, Ningbo comleted the construction of centralized management mode, distribution network management system have been more professional management, which are the revocation of administrative area power supply bureau and the establishment of distribution operation inspection area and customer service center. The advantage of the new management mode is that the human resources are integrated, but the disadvantage is that it is difficult to master the operation mode of the distribution network and difficult to develop the expansion and the fault repair. The new system construction puts forward directional guidance to distribution network construction. The power supply enterprise must study the distribution network management mode under the new situation so that the power network security and stable operation, and the production efficiency can be ensured. Therefore,evaluating the new situation of Ningbo distribution network management is very urgent.Firstly, the current study of domestic and international distribution network management was analyzed, furthermore, the power grid management in Ningbo also was studied with a brief analysis, secondly, the current situation of urban distribution grid development and management could be analyzed from many aspects, what’s more, put forward some problems existing in the situation of development of distribution network the current period, thirdly, a new model of distribution network management in Ningbo was introduced based on the management problems of distribution network. According to the new one, After the completion of the system of new stiuation in Ningbo Since mid-2012, the distribution network management system was changed to professional management, which means that we revoked all the administrative regions power supply bureau and set up transport inspection work area of distribution and customer service center. Advantages of the new system is the integration of human resources, what’s more, the related personnel of all bureau can be avoided to deal with a work with a same type, moreover, the construction views of these management model were introduced, which mainly carried out the construction distribution network in five aspects, finally, based on the construction principle of conventional index system and combined with the current situation of urban distribution grid management analysis and a new management model in Ningbo, the evaluation index system of urban distribution network in Ningbo was established the factors of that evaluation index system were summarized Using analysis method or other indicators methods, the evaluation results showed that about 80%of the experts held a optimistic view for the new management model of distribution network, about 15% of the experts had conservative views, and less than 5% of the experts opposed, so, it can be said that the new management model of distribution network in Ningbo proposed in this paper is feasible.Through the study of urban distribution network management model in Ningbo, the management ideas to enhance the distribution network was proposed from six aspects, what’s more, management model with five aspects was used to strengthen the construction of distribution network. Consequently, management level of distribution network in Ningbo could be enhanced overall so that it could adapt to the new reform mode of state grid corporation.
