Comprehensive Economic Analysis On Power Plant- An Empirical Study Of Chaozhou Power Generation Co. Ltd

Electric power enterprise is an important energy industry in the development of national economy, and it is also a security for the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard. So far, electric power enterprises in our country are still dominated by thermal power units. And during a long period, thermal power has been a major source of power supply in China. In our country, thermal power enterprises mainly rely on coal resources for power generation, while coal prices directly affect the economic benefit of them. Although, there is a certain degree of variation in Online Electricity price, its changes are unable to cope with the increase of coal market. Therefore, facing the increasingly fierce competition of the market, it is crucial for electricity generation enterprises, on the basis of their external environment and internal factors, to find the factors to improve the comprehensive economic benefit, and to obtain the maximum economic benefit in the future.The main contents of this thesis include:First, based on the analysis of factors that influence the general economic benefit of power generation enterprise, this thesis focuses on the analysis of the main factors to the economic benefit in Chaozhou power generation LTD.Second, combined with the actual working status of Chaozhou power company, the analysis of the quantitative evaluation model which influences the benefit of the power generation is carried out. And the quantitative evaluation model of the comprehensive benefits of Chaozhou power generation company is establish, through the comprehensive consideration of production factors and financial factors.Taking Chaozhou power generation LTD. as the object, this thesis carries out an empirical research on the economic benefit of power generation enterprises. And it also puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the economic efficiency of these enterprises, aiming at the characteristics of them. Data analysis shows that these measures and suggestions play a guiding role and have a practical value to the improvement of the economic benefit of these enterprises.
