Cost-Benefit Analysis Of ZJ Electric Power Plant Based On The Different Production Operations

Natural gas is a kind of clean and efficient energy. And it is the important way to lighten the environment pollution and realize the goal of energy saving and emission reduction by vigorously promoting the use of natural gas in the primary energy. In China, the potential of natural gas resources is considerable. The proven reserves and the output have a rapid growth. The development of the natural gas is broad. In order to meet the demand of the fast growing energy, with the constant perfection and maturity of gas turbine technologies, China will vigorously promote natural gas generation. ZJ power plant came into being in such a macro environment. The ZJ Power Plant’phase one project is to introduce two 9 FA class 390MW single shaft gas-steam combined cycle units from GE company in the U.S. ZJ power plant’units is with high efficiency, Rev. Stop fast, flexible operation, peak shaving capability. But in the actual production process, units have frequently started and stopped, causing the reducing of the outputs, the low efficiency of generating units, higher maintenance costs and large fluctuations in operating results.Therefore,in this paper, combining the ZJ power generators’s reality of operation of the actual, comprehensive analysising ZJ hpower generators’main production and operation index, the financial position, operating results, cash flow, solvency, asset management, profitability by the trend analysis, structure analysis, comparative analysis etc from 2010 to 2014,one of the main cost of fuel and maintenance costs are analyzed in focusand specifically pointed out influence what ZJ had the main problem of the economic benefit and sustainable development.Based on introducing ZJ power generators the current operation mode,,analysis of the influence factors of auxiliary power rate and from generating heat consumption Comparison under the different operation modes of economy and adopt correlation analysis method is further evidence that continuous operation mode of the economy better,and then make suggestions about Maintain a high load continuous operation mode and strengthen production management to ZJ power station,so that managers make reasonable decisions.
