With the increased concern to environmental protection and food safety, the society put forward higher requirements for corporate social responsibility.In addition, as the concept of "shared values" is generally acceptable, it is necessary to build a new mode of corporate social responsibility which is not only to solve social problems but also to meet the development of enterprises. Strategic corporate social responsibility regards the society and enterprises as the interest group, in which the main purpose is to materialize the sustainable development. Therefore, it is significant to study the influence mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change.This paper starts the theoretical analysis by studying a large numbers of literatures review. First of all, this paper defines the meaning and dimension of strategic corporate social responsibility. Secondly, this study analyses the organizational identification from four aspects, including its conception, dimensions, antecedents and outcome variables. In the end of this part, this research describes the concept, motivation, classification and processes of organizational change. Based on these analysis, this paper proposes the hypothesis of the relationship among three variables and constructs the initial model. Then, multiple case analysis method is applied. We choose Mengniu, Abbott China and Wrigley as examples by considering various factors.According to the actual situation of enterprises, value chain corporate social responsibility and competitive context corporate social responsibility are classified. The concept of organizational identification is also introduced in this paper. Through theoretical analysis and case analysis we come to the conclusion:value chain corporate social responsibility has a direct influence on organizational change; competitive context corporate social responsibility has a direct influence on organizational change; value chain corporate social responsibility has a direct influence on organizational identification; competitive context corporate social responsibility has a direct influence on organizational identification; organizational identification has a direct influence on organizational change. All in all, this paper focus on the influence mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change, which will make a reference for enterprises.
