In the perspective of the rural residents, through investigating seven cities such as ji’an, yichun, pingxiang, fuzhou and shangrao etc and fourteen counties of these seven cities in Jiangxi province with the empirical methods of factor analysis and regression analysis, this paper aims to find out the factors that are closely related to the consumption satisfaction of rural residents in grocery stores. Then according to the investigation results, provide some efficient policies and measures for the provincial commercial department to refer to.The whole thesis consists of fifth chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of this study, so as to establish the methods and technology road-map of the thesis, and then construct the overall framework. In the second chapter, the relevant concepts in this article were given certain definitions at first and a brief review of the related theories of customer satisfaction was given to; then the following focuses on the analysis of the domestic references of the factors affecting consumption satisfaction of rural residents in grocery stores, and thus put forward my own research ideas. The third chapter briefly analyzes the research data sources, and give an descriptive analysis of the research object namely the rural residents: their individual characteristics and family features, as well as the evaluation indexes of the consumption satisfaction of grocery stores. The most important is to test the reliability and validity. In the fourth chapter, through the four aspects: basic situation of grocery stores, the wishes of the individuals, individual characteristics of rural residents and other external factors, extract corresponding factors to make research hypothesis. Then using the ordinal logist regression model, through the selection of the construction and the index model empirically analyze the factors affecting the consumption satisfaction of the grocery stores. And discovers that part of the factors and the consumption satisfaction of the grocery stores have significant correlation. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the empirical study of the factors influencing consumption satisfaction of rural residents in grocery stores and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
