The heat release by combustion of coal can be used for power generation. So coal is an important for national industrial development, in the while coal is an essential material basis of living. As an important energy and material,coal is the basis of our country, it takes a large proportion of energy consumption and plays a very important role in the country’s economic development. For a long time, the status of coal as a primary energy does not change in the future.However, the current situation of coal enterprise supply chain management affects the efficiency of coal supply, all aspects of the supply chain can not work closely with internal, resulting in higher costs and can not meet customer demand conditions. Therefore, the coal enterprise internal supply chain optimization is necessary.Distribution of coal resources has obvious regional, aiming at the W XILINHOT open pit located inside the supply chain optimization. This paper aims to use existing methods to solve practical business problems, so by reading a lot about the internal supply chain optimization literatures, coal characteristics and structures within the enterprise supply chain have been summed. Subsequently, through field investigation, analysis of the internal structure of the supply chain W opencast contrast structure common in coal enterprise internal supply chain,supply chain to draw the internal structure of W surface mine.
