With the rapid development of the degree of Chinese economic marketization and the private economy, private capital accounted for the proportion of the national economy has been greatly improved. However, the private capital to participate in the bankmarket which is the core financial system in the national economy degree is still at the low level. With the promoting reform of Chinese economic system, the restricted influences from current bank system and management modle on the development of private economy and the whole national economy are more obviously. Our country needs to establish the diversified and multi-level bank system which adapt to the economic and property rights structure. According to the competition efficiency theory, the monopoly industries degree more strong, the competitiveness will more low. 2013 Julythe State Council encourage the private capital take part in financial institutions and China’s financial reform. This notice will improve the proportion of private capital in the financials and further liberate the market access of private banks.In this paper, combining related research literature of strategic management theory with the domestic and foreign strategic management of banks through theoretical analysis, SWOT analysis and research methods has carried on a more thorough analysis. The framework is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. In this part introduced the research background and significance. Through the analysis of relevant literature, this paper puts forward the research method and structure. The second chapter definited the conception of the private banks and expound to strategic management theories. The third chapter using PR model and related data of our existing joint-stock commercial banks to analysis the structure and degree of China’s banking market competition. The fourth chapter through the SWOT analysis and combined with China’s private bank characteristics to analysis the private bank and make the summary. The fifth chapter discusses the strategic management choice of China’s private banks. Finally, considering China’s private banks disadvantages, from internal environment and the external environment of private banks to puts forward the suggestions to promote the implementation of the strategic management of China’s private bank.
