Research On The Effects Of Supply Chain Relationship On Cooperative Performance

With the global economic integration, any e nterprise is connected with other enterprises, intensified competition in the market makes the competition between the enterprises mode by a single competition into competition between supply chain. In such conditions, but also creates a new management mode a supply chain management. In the development of the theory of supply chain management has become increasingly today, the theoretical circle and business is also the research focus on how to improve supply chain cooperation performance, supply chain partnership, as an important factor influences the performance of the supply chain, has become the focus of current research of supply chain management. But today’s theory in our country is not perfect in developing countries, about supply chain cooperation study is lack. Therefore, this article mainly choose domestic manufacturing service companies as the research object, based on the uncertainty analysis of supply chain partnership level influence on cooperation performance, thus to explore the relationship among manufacturing service companies.After reading a large number of supply chain partnership and cooperation of supply chain performance, on the basis of the related knowledge and the research results are the collection and analysis. Reference to previous research results, to explore the structure of supply chain model is established, Level of the relationship among supply chain enterprises is divided into five dimensions, including trust、commitment、satisfaction information sharing and corporate reputatio n and then respectively analyzed the trust, satisfaction, information sharing and corporate reputation dimensions impact on the performance of supply chain cooperation. Defined the performance of supply chain cooperation several dimensions including cost、quality、customer satisfaction and indirect performance. Comprehensive analysis the supply chain partnership is how to affect the performance of supply chain cooperation, and build the uncertainty as control variable, and study the concept of the relationship between supply chain partnership and performance model, and to put forward the research hypothesis. In the fourth chapter writer made a descriptive statistical analysis of the variables, the reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis to test various hypotheses proposed in this paper. Finally, according to the results of data analysis got the research conclusion.This study took our regional supply chain enterprises as the research object to collect data, surveyed enterprises in different areas and Issued questionnaires. At last this paper chose relatively mature scale measurement. Using SPSS19.0 statistical suchas descriptive statistics analysis was carried out on the back the statistics of the questionnaire, the scale reliability and validity analysis to test scale, on the basis of correlation analysis, also for the proposed conceptual model and all kinds of assumptions are verified. Results showed that the relationship among supply chain enterprises in C hina’s good or bad effects on the performance of cooperation is significant. And, under the condition of different power degree of uncertainty, the supply chain partnership influence on cooperation performance, there is a certain difference. Finally, according to the research conclusion of this article and the actual situation in our country puts forward the countermeasures to improve supply chain cooperation in China.
