An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Supply Chain Vulnerability Of SMEs In The Uncertain Environment

With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in supply chain,supply chain vulnerability has become a common concern of all fields of society.SMEs play an extremely important role in economic development and supply chain,but the research on supply chain of SMEs is very limited.The development trend of supply chain lean and the rapid change of business environment complexity make the supply chain of SMEs more and more fragile,but at present,the level of supply chain vulnerability inhibition of many enterprises is very low.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the vulnerability of supply chain through effective management.An empirical study of this paper is mainly on the influencing factors of supply chain vulnerability of SMEs in uncertain environment and the influencing factors that cause vulnerability in the supply chain of SMEs are analyzed,which deepens the relevant theories of supply chain management of enterprise,points out the direction of management practice of supply chain of SMEs,helps SMEs enhance their abilities to resist risks.Based on the previous literature research,the research model of supply chain dynamic capability,cooperative relationship,environmental uncertainty and supply chain vulnerability of SMEs is constructed.Furthermore,by using the method of empirical research,taking SMEs in various provinces as the object of questionnaire,sending out the questionnaire,collecting the dates and the reliability analysis,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the statistical software SPSS 22.0 are used to verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The empirical results show that:(1)The dynamic ability of supply chain of SMEs has a negative influence on supply chain vulnerability.(2)Uncertainty of external environment has a positive regulatory influence on the dynamic ability of supply chain of SMEs and supply chain vulnerability.(3)Supply chain cooperation relationship of SMEs has a negative influence on supply chain vulnerability.(4)Uncertainty of external environment has a positive regulatory influence on the cooperation relationship of supply chain of SMEs and supply chain vulnerability.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical connotation of dynamic capability and cooperation relationship of supply chain of SMEs is enriched by studying the dimensions dynamic capability and cooperation relationship of supply chain of SMEs in this paper.(2)The conceptual model of the impact of dynamic capability and cooperation relationship of supply chain on supply chain vulnerability of SMEs is constructed in this paper.(3)The scope of application of the impact of dynamic capability and cooperation relationship of supply chain on supply chain vulnerability of SMEs is expanded by studying the impact of dynamic capability and cooperation relationship of supply chain on supply chain vulnerability of SMEs in this paper.According to the conclusion of the study,SMEs are suggested improving the dynamic capacity of supply chain,strengthening the construction of supply chain cooperation relationship,and dealing with the external environmental impact in the supply chain with a positive and optimistic attitudes.
