In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and network economy, the uncertainty of the enterprise environment is increasing dramatically. Enterprises which only rely on their own resources and abilities will do not be able to cope with the challenges of the external environment, so they began to look for partners. Cooperation among enterprises in supply chain provides enterprises with the necessary external resources to make up the inadequacy of their own resources and improve their cognition and utilization toward the existing resources and application ability for resource re-combinations. Reflecting the efficiency and competitiveness level of the overall supply chain, cooperative performance is an important variable to effective cooperation, so the research on cooperative performance among enterprises in supply chain influence mechanism is particularly important.Since the cooperation member enterprises are from different interests groups and adaptive agents, which forms complex cooperative relationships that among enterprises have not only cooperation but also public or potential competitions. Some of the enterprises pursuing maximum interests tend to do speculative behavior easily, which leads partnership to be under threat and cooperation performance to be affected. Therefore, exploring measures of reducing speculative behavior to improve the cooperation performance mechanism has a strong theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, this study selected the upstream and downstream manufacturing enterprises in domestic supply chain as the research object to investigate the effect of the mechanism of speculative behavior's impact on cooperative performance in supply chain, with the interactive capabilities and trust as mediating variables. First part of this thesis is a summary of the related literature about concept and classification on speculative behavior, interactive capability, trust and cooperative performance, followed by resource-based theory, transaction cost theory and social exchange theory. Then build a theoretical model and put forward hypotheses of the four research variables relationship based on the first part. Next, using the mathematical analysis software SPSS17.0 and Amos17.0,this study explored the relationship of the four variables mentioned above. The results shows that speculative behavior has significant negative effect on interactive capability; speculative behavior has significant negative effect on trust; speculative behavior has significant negative effect on cooperative performance; rust has significant positive effect on interactive capability; trust has significant positive effect on interactive cooperative performance; interactive capability has significant positive effect on cooperative performance; trust and interactive capability serve as intermediary in the influence relation between speculative behavior and cooperative performance, and when trust and interactive capabilities function as intermediary, the impact of speculative behavior on cooperative performance reduce to a minimum. Finally, beingdiscussed and analyzed, this study built three mechanism to reduce speculative behavior and promote cooperation which are cooperation partner selection assessment mechanism, supervision mechanism of contract, trust mechanism. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the research's shortcomings and the prospect for the future.
