Faced with the grim reality from global climate change, as well as the future development of the whole airline industry, the global civil aviation industry in the development of their own at the same time, should also pay attention to environmental protection and rational useof resources, to ensure the development of civil aviation industry at the same time, also want to consider the future development of their own conditions. Since 2008, the global economiccrisis, with the recovery and development of the world economy this year, the civil aviation industry has been restored, the new growth. The global civil aviation industry through the development of its own technology and improve the level of management, improve theutilization efficiency of resources, reduce the adverse impact on the environment caused byitself, but for now, the civil aviation industry to achieve the maximization of resource utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction in the civil aviation industry to achieve long-term goals as well as a large part of progress in space.This paper uses the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, based on reality data, do the study of which part of airline company’s CSR effet its Carbon Efficiency. This paper is divided into 6 parts, the first chapter introduces the background of the research of this paper and the significance of the study, the second chapter introduces the theory of this paper and the related research at home and abroad, the third chapter introduces the data envelopment analysis (DEA) of the basic theory and model, the fourth chapter uses the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to evaluate the efficiency of energy conservation and environmental protection of airlines in the fifth chapter, using the Tobit model on the impact of corporate social responsibility of airlines to energy-saving environmental efficiency evaluation and analysis, the sixth chapter is the summary of this dissertation and prospects for the future.The study found that the energy saving efficiency, airlines generally higher, but the majority ofairline still has room for improvement, the 14 airlines in the United Arab Emirates airline is theoptimal performance of the airline company; at the same time, the positive energy savingefficiency liquidity ratio, the airline’s net assets income rate, load factor and airlines, and through the the significant test.
