| At present,the current situation of economic development is unbalanced in China,which is mainly caused by the different logistics channels in the vast territory of China.As the focus of economic development,southeastern coastal areas benefit from good logistics channels partly.And generally speaking,central and western areas lack of convenient international logistics channels,so that the logistics costs are increased virtually.As a result,the competitiveness of their exports is reduced,which is the main reason to the backward development and the limited economic development of central and western areas.The establishment of dry port is of great significance to the central and western areas with resource superiority,contributes to the development of foreign trade,gets through with foreign logistics channels,enhances the international competitiveness of superior products;Moreover,in the aspect of the nation,establishing dry port in the inland areas is conducive to promote the implementation of strategic initiatives,such as rise of central China and western development.The logistics system constituted by dry port is a constantly changing and evolving system and requires multi-sectors to multipolar participation.Enterprise plays an important role in the aspect of the whole system working together.Logistics enterprise plays a positive and important role in the formation,maintenance and development of dry port,the alliance among the logistics enterprises is the basis of the logistics integration force formed by dry port,and the source of microeconomic vitality embodied by the logistics integration force,at the same time,it is also the key point to urge all kinds of integration forces in dry port to joint efforts.The logistics enterprises in dry port organize the alliance,which is helpful for complementary resources,collaborative operation.In this way,we can make the alliance form a kind of integration force,and it will enhance the competitiveness of all logistics enterprises in dry port.First of all,this article states dry port and logistics enterprise alliance in the aspects of definition,characteristics and functions,analyzes development situation and future development trend of the domestic and foreign logistics enterprises and logistics market,and demonstrates the necessity of logistics enterprise alliance from the perspective of dry port.Secondly,based on AHP and GA,through understanding dry port and reading the relevant literature,the selection factors influencing the partners of logistics enterprise alliance in dry port are determined,and the evaluation indicator system of influencing factors is determined from the macroscopic level,through the process of AHP and combination with GA,form the fitness function,adopt MATLAB simulation software,search for the logistics enterprises which are fit for the alliance.Thirdly,based on the theory of CA,the complex system among the logistics enterprises in dry port is simulated from the internal and external factors,and the influencing factors are transformed into CA model.Through adopting the methods of MATLAB software and control variable,all influencing factors adopt incremental value,and the simulation curve that the change for each kind of influencing factors influences the total number of logistics enterprise alliance is obtained,we can see trends and variation range that each kind of the factors influences the total number of alliance enterprises from the curve.Finally,based on Shapely Value,four key influencing factors affecting the distribution of public and private benefit are determined from the perspectives of public sectors and logistics enterprises in dry port,namely,the proportion of public and private investment,risk-sharing factor,the execution force of contract and the contribution to the project.Based on the four influencing factors,the amended Shapely Value model is constructed.Through comparing the quotas before and after amending,it can be seen that the amended scheme of the distribution of benefit is closer to the realistic scene,more fair and objective.The factors to be considered in this model are more comprehensive.Compared with the model before amending,the initiative of the public and private alliance can be better promoted,and the contradictions arising from the distribution of benefit within the alliance are effectively eliminated,which establishes compacted theoretical foundation for the construction of the service systems in dry port.This paper belongs to the category of theoretical research.It mainly combines with the current situations and development trend of the dry port based on the theories of the logistics enterprise alliance.Meanwhile,it takes a serious of modeling and simulation analysis in accordance with the order of the events which is included the establishment,the operation,and the evaluation on the logistics enterprise alliance of dry port.Therefore,it provides methods and ideas for the researches on the logistics enterprise alliance of dry port,which has a certain guiding significance.Meanwhile,it provides scientific and reasonable theoretical supports for the future development of the dry port. |
