Research On The Construction Of Small And Medium Sized Logistics Enterprise Alliance Model

In recent years,China's deepening reform and opening up,China logistics market outside of the industry's giants pouring into the growing competition of logistics industry in our country,and the current logistics enterprises of our country most of them are just beginning,smaller small and medium-sized enterprise,the enterprise strength in the face of the current logistics market increasingly fierce competition,the survival and development of the enterprise becomes difficult.In such circumstances,China's small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness,to seek alliance cooperation between enterprises,and build a basic and important link of the enterprise alliance is its structure model and the choice of alliance partners,the two important link is the foundation of the alliance building,long-term and stability of the late operation affects the alliance.This article is based on the above background,the research on the construction of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance pattern will alliance structure mode choice and the selection of partners that two important links as a focus for research.First of all,the authors refer to the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,enterprise alliance,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance of a large number of literature reading,on the basis of this the paper introduces the basic concepts and related theories;Then,the author from the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our country,enterprise reform,the advantage of the coalition to build three aspects expatiates on the necessity of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance,and then from the external environment and market information network technology the two angles to show the feasibility of the alliance of building;Secondly,the author from the present situation of the study on the selection of enterprise alliance structure mode is analyzed,and then respectively in three aspects from the resource,risk and structure in the choice of alliance structure mode of affected are studied,based on resources-risk-the structure of the alliance structure mode selection concept model;After,through the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance's own characteristics and development needs,combined with the related research literature,this paper established a systematic framework of comprehensive evaluation index system,and then in a variety of evaluation methods of the current research and analysis,in order to reduce the influence of the subjective human factors in the evaluation process,the design of the principal component analysis(pca)combined with BP neural network evaluation method.Finally,the use of established in this paper,based on the resource risk-the structure of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance structure mode choice of concept model and PCA-partner selection evaluation model of BP neural network,in the southwest aluminum transportation companies to form a coalition in the enterprise development and partner selection as an example for empirical study,and analyzes the application effect.
