Big customers is an important source of commercial bank profits, is an important strategic resource of commercial Banks, but also an important guarantee of sustainable development of the commercial Banks, so must strengthen the commercial Banks to large customer marketing work, develop and maintain customer resources, improve the big customer to enterprise’s profit contribution, service satisfaction and loyalty.Commercial Banks since the marketization operation, Bank of Anshan faced with increasingly fierce market competition and challenges, the big customer management to improve the operation performance and long-term development of the Banks is particularly important, therefore Bank of Anshan big customer management research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This article first to the big customer management concepts and related theories, and the application of large customer management at home and abroad, a brief review and summary for the research behind the certain theory basis;Second, anshan is analyzed in detail the business development of the bank account management, service, marketing team and a big client system construction situation, and on this basis, combined with my years of work experience, analyzes the problems of big customer management, think the problem basically has the following several aspects: big customer management system and operation mechanism is not sound, the big customer development link is weak, the customer service ability needs to improve and big customer management informationization level is low;Third, Bank of Anshan zheng big customer management has carried on the SWOT analysis, to improve Bank of Anshan provides the basis for big customer management level;Fourth, combined with Bank of Anshan big customer management and development goals, in the last part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, this paper includes the sound system of large customer management system, strengthening the big customer development work, improve customer service ability and improve the big customer management information system, etc.
