Along with the development of the era and the advent of economic globalization, hasbecome a variety in the form of the financial industry. While "Yu’eBao","WeBank","Quan’eBao" and so on a series of the emergence of network financial products to thetraditional financial industry has brought the huge impact. City commercial Banks in theface of emerging competitors with traditional financial industry competition, wants topreserve under the new financial markets, in addition to seeking a new marketing mode,also need to realize the importance of talent cultivation. Therefore, how to further enhancethe comprehensive quality of the staff, how to organize the staff on-the-job training work,has become the city commercial Banks should not be neglected problem.This article is through the actual situation of my work experience in Bank Of Anshan,and through the relevant theoretical knowledge to combine. This paper hope to use theteacher professor gives me the knowledge, ideas and methods for the analysis of somepractical problems. Because human resources training work has been the most enterprise,and easy to ignore or relative costs less current to the on-the-job training work fromgeneral ascend to the height of the enterprise strategic level to carry out, need to spendmore time for enterprise decision-making management to on-the-job training to the staffwork into action, and seriously.In this paper, under the background of the era, based on the basic theory of modernhuman resources training and established by combining the theory of career planningmanagement training system is studied. The various human resources training theory athome and abroad were reviewed based on the analysis of finishing, and with the domesticand foreign advanced Banks for comparison, through the empirical analysis of Bank Of Anshan on-the-job training. Existing training situation for Bank Of Anshan made aquestionnaire survey, through sampling survey, and in-depth analysis and integration ofBank Of Anshan on-the-job training problems and reasons, at last, it puts forward measuresto improve this problem. In the new set up measures of training, innovation to build theoverall framework of the Bank Of Anshan staff on-the-job training mode, from theperspective of staff career planning idea to establish a new training model system, theemployees’ career development and vital interests and bank development goals together,form a win-win effect.
