Countermeasure Reaserch On Promoting Regional Urban And Rural Economic Coordinated Development Of Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening up, our economy was developing rapidly, buturban and rural economic gap did not get the corresponding improvement and showedthe tendency of deteriorating. This situation was not only seriously affect socialharmony but also hindered sustainable development of our country’s economy. Jilinprovince is an old industrial base, urban-rural dualistic economic structure is evenmore serious, the income gap between urban and rural residents has a trend ofenlargement, and consumption levels have constantly enlarged, and social welfare isdisparity,these factors have restricted rapid development of the economy in Jilin.Firstly,this paper studied the coordinated development of urban and ruraleconomy domestic and foreign,including the development theory of urban and ruraleconomic coordination,restricting factors,dynamic mechanism,research methods andpolicy measures,etc.While,we defined the status of the relevant concept of thecollaborate of urban and rural economy.Then described the status of the level of urbanand rural economic development in Jilin Province through the form of text andfigures,including natural conditions,urban economic development and the ruraleconomy development,and studied the relationship between economic transformationof Jilin Province and urban and rural economic development.In order to study the coordinated development of urban-rural economy in JilinProvince, this paper had two parts of empirical research, the first part had taked thenine cities of Jilin Province as the research object, and set a urban-rural economic development evaluation system, using the principal component analysis for thecomprehensive development score of urban and rural, then we class the nine citiesaccording to urban-rural economic development by the urban-rural harmoniousdegree and coordinated development degree. The other part had taked the twentycounties of Jilin Province as the research object, Similarly set a urban-rural economicdevelopment evaluation system, using principal component analysis, and calculatesthe economic coordination, social coordination, life coordination, productionenvironment and comprehensive coordination score, so we can evaluate thecoordinated development of urban-rural economy in Jilin Province.Finally we borrow the experience of the coordinated development of urban andrural economic domestic and foreign, formulated the measures of developing regionalurban-rural economic coordinated development of jilin province, namely developingeconomy with local characteristics, pushing the citizens to do pioneering work,perfecting the input assurance system of rural and accelerating country turn totown,these measures can narrow the gap between the urban-rural economic.From the angle of promoting urban-rural economic coordinated development ofJilin Province, having an empirical study of Jilin Province, then we can propose theefficient method to promote urban-rural economic coordinated development.Thestudy not only had important theoretical significance,but also had practicalsignificance that can promote the farmers’ income, and protect the ecologicalenvironment, speed up the pace of urban and rural integration.
