| Accompany with the rapid development of urbanization,a large amount of city development problem also will rise as follows:Unreasonable structure of urban system, Urban competitiveness is weak, low level of public service,and this will hinder the further development of urbanization. So it is essential to study deeply of City-Regional integrated system.As the basis of Urban competitiveness and regional research work,urban centricity research should get the attention of scholars.At present,the research about urban centricity can be divided into two aspects:one research is the intensity of urban centricity; the second research is the exponent of urban centricity.The exponent of urban centricity means the relative importance of a city as the provider of central goods and service in excess of the needs of its own residents,the intensity of urban centricity is an index of urban comprehensive influence.As the most populous province and the national food core area in our country, the research about Henan urban centricity intensity play a vital role in the rise of central China and the regional harmonious development.This paper selects 18 cities in Henan as the research object, then calculates the 26 indexes of the six dimensions of centrality intensity of each city from the economy centricity,transportation centricity, internationalization centricity, information centricity, innovation centricity and social centricity by the PCA(principal component analysis), and then analyzes of its inherent characteristics and problems. On the space, according to the centricity intensity score of each city, based on extended Breaking point model, use the method of weighted Voronoi and under certain optimization principle to determine the intensity of urban centricity spatial pattern under the three time nodes. Through the analysis of spatial-temporal pattern and the differences with the administrative of intensity of urban centricity in 2003-2013, it is concluded the following characteristics.Ⅰ:The intensity of urban centricity gap between Zhengzhou,Luoyang and other cities is widening year by year, and there is a slight fault phenomenon in urban system.The weight of economy centricity and internationalization centricity is bigger, so economy centricity and internationalization centricity have lager roles in urban centricity.To be specific,Local fiscal revenue to GDP,tourist foreign exchange earning revenue, the number of inbound tourists received and the urbanization level play a more important role in the overall index system.Ⅱ:The distribution of the center city of Henan is “the two poles, the two circles”.The two poles are Zhengzhou and Luoyang, which are the first-level city, the distribution of the inner circle is the secondary center city, the distribution of the outer circle is the tertiary city; Regional development is not balanced, which is showing a trend that northwest is strong and southeast is weak.Ⅲ: The spatial pattern of urban centricity intensity with the change of time all have certain changes. During 2003-2008, the space radiation of Zhengzhou had increased, and the space radiation of surrounding city had reduced. During 2008-2013, the space radiation of Zhengzhou had reduced, and the space radiation of surrounding city had increased.Ⅳ:The intensity of urban centricity and the urban space radiation are not balanced, and it is not only related to own strength of urban centricity, but also related to the centricity intensity of surrounding cities, intensity of city distribution and other factors.Ⅴ:The alignment of urban space radiation and the Scope of administrative divisions is poor. Due to the urban form, urban area, downtown location and other factors, these factors will make a difference in the space of city central intensity implementation.In response to these characteristics and problems,the following measures are given. First, Strengthen the top-level design, compile the coordinated development planning, lead the coordinated development of the province.Second,By enhancing the radiating and driving ability,build cities groups scientific and reasonable,create a secondary growth pole plate and the city system layers of integration,integrates the urban system further.Last,with Central cities at all levels linkage development,enhance the overall competition ability of Henan. |
