In the process of urbanization in our country, a great number of landless peasants have been appeared, at the same time there has been a severe problem of landless peasants.It will continue to make a large number of peasants to lose their lands. We should pay attention to and research their systematic benefit demands, explore the cause of their poor expression, and seek effective ways to smooth the manner of these landless peasants’express, promote the government response timely and effectually to the interest demands of landless peasants. It is urgent and necessary for us to face and solve these serious problems.This paper will take urbanization as the research background, take the research on the landless peasants’ benefit production and expression as the main line, base on the theory of urbanization, theory of material benefits and the theory of people’s sovereignty, will take the engender and causes of landless farmers interest demands, the contents, the choice of ways of expression and origin as my narrative context.Because the problem of landless peasants’ interests belongs to the problem of land-lost farmers, I will sort out and summarize the research status of the landless peasants’ problem, research background, and the research space which based on my article’s perspective, and summarized the problems of landless farmers in the introduction part. At the same time, I also investigate the academic pedigree on this topics, and make a brief descript of the research methods, research significance, research hypotheses, theory support and the contents framework.This paper analyzed the relationship between the urbanization process and the interests of landless farmer. explored the arise of landless peasants and landless peasants interests problems in the process of urbanization.This chapter also describe elaboratively the size, growth and distribution of land-lost farmers in China’s urbanization process and the reason that the urbanization has become the direct push to the landless peasants’ interests problem.
