Researches On Developing Strategy Of Tourist Town In Southern Anhui District On The Background Of New-type Urbanization

A tourist town is an designed town dominated by non-agricultural population, with a certain scale of industry and commerce and natural, cultural, ecological, health maintenance and other resources. Not only bears the residents’ daily life and production function but also plays a role in resort in the tourism pattern. Dual function determines the type of urban tourism industry is bound to go urban industry development and social development go hand in hand, mutual benefit, common prosperity and win-win way to achieve the healthy development of the town. This study takes the tourist towns in Southern Anhui District as the study object, which covers seven prefecture-level administrative regions of Wuhu, Huangshan and so on. Although the regional economy is not too early and urban scale are not large, but the area is rich and unique in natural and cultural resources. Combined with the region is located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, In the wave of urban leisure, the region plays an important role for the Yangtze River Delta urban residents in leisure, health, recreation and tourism function. Therefore, take the tourism towns of Southern Anhui District as the object of study, not only has typical and targeted of resource endowment, but also the urgency and necessity in social development.Firstly, it is proposed, on the basis of analyzing the tourism elements such as natural environment, history humanities and tourism development of such regions, summarizes the types and features of the region tourism town in Southern Anhui District. Secondly, based on the regional tourism development and urban development evolution of correlation analysis, summarized both in economic development, natural ecology, social culture and urban construction has to adapt to the inherent law of development of each other. However, with the new-type urbanization development concept proposed, such inadaptable problems are further expanded, bringing more negative impacts on the sound development of the towns. Adapting the needs of new-type urbanization is the inevitable choice to the healthy development of the tourist towns.Starting with the correlation between new-type urbanization development and adaptable development, with stemizing the current development situation of tourist towns in Southern Anhui District, it is summarized that there are inadaptability problems at levels of regional collaboration, industry interaction, resource utilization, cultural inheritance and construction of cities and towns for such regions.Based on the above,this study put forward the adaptable development strategies fit for regional characteristics, development demand and cultural traits in the background of new urbanization, including development orientation, development concept and development mode, thus promoting the tourist industry development and construction of human settlements with coordination.Finally, the study takes Hong Village in Yi County as an example to examine the feasibility of research results; at the same time, the adaptability development strategies are implemented at space level.
