Study On The Development Planning Of Life Health Industry In Wuzhong District, Suzhou City

Along with the development and transformation of social economy, there is an increasingly higher demand for life health. Life health industry has gradually evolved into one of the key industries on which the State and regions rely to seek sustainable development. Currently, though the academic community and relevant governmental departments have carried out some studies and practices, the theoretical study is still focused on the aspects such as concept discussion, development value assessment, and internal industrial compositions; the practical operation also lays stress on ordinary industrial planning and development policies, without paying sufficient attention to life health industry. Firstly, based on the great health life, this paper re-analyzes the concept of life health industry, and meanwhile constructs a complete life health industry system which includes medicine and medical apparatus industry, medical care industry, health management industry, health care industry, health sports industry, health product industry, and comprehensive pension industry by virtue of genealogy. Then, on this basis, a targeted study is performed on the characteristics, and chain form of life health industry as well as the influencing factors and trend of industrial development. Afterwards, based on an in-depth analysis about the development conditions, historical evolution, and development situation of life health industry in Wuzhong District, the feasibility of life health industry as the strategic emerging industry in Wuzhong District is discussed to verify the selection of the key departments of life health industry and the life health industry system in Wuzhong District. Finally, the spatial organization of life health industry in Wuzhong District is designed from three aspects including life health industry bases, cluster districts and complexes to construct the overall pattern of life health industry in Wuzhong District as well as to propose the development strategies for life health industry in Wuzhong District.
