| After the rapid industrialization and urbanization, Wuzhong district of Suzhou city had entered the important period of the development transformation, one of the important content during this period was to realize the transformation of the pattern of economic development. Industry as the leading force of economic development, was the main position of the transformation of the pattern of economic development, however, industrial land as the implementation carrier of the industrial economy, it’s scientific and reasonable development to realize the pattern of economic development had very important influence.Firstly, this study analyzed the status quo for industry and its land in Wuzhong district of Suzhou, the first was field reconnaissance and department interviews of the present situation of industrial land in Wuzhong district, the second was data collection and analysis of planning about each partition and town and economic development situation in Wuzhong, the third was conduct a survey for industrial land management status in Wuzhong, through the above three aspects of organizing, summarized present development and planning problems of industrial land in Wuzhong district Suzhou. Secondly, based on the analysis of the status quo, followed the transformation of the objectives and principles as industrial cluster, efficient and intensive, ecological humanities, urban in Wuzhong district, respectively were ways of the economic development transformation, directions of the industrial developing transformation, requirements of the industrial land transformation, and on this basis predicted the reasonable scale of industrial land in Wuzhong. Lastly, in order to ensure the implementation of industrial land development transformation in Wuzhong district, put forward the four aspects of the planning strategy also, respectively were intensive regulation of land use, efficiency improvement of industrial land, Spatial layout optimization adjustment, planning and control efficiency. |
