Benefit Evaluation Of Research And Development Wu Ling Mountain Area Fusion Of Cultural Industries And Tourism Industry

As a strong relevance, strong drive and a wide range of employment industry,tourism will undoubtedly become the Wuling Mountain Area.s first choice to achieve development and out of poverty.However,with the rapid development of China’s economy,because of the rising thirst for cultural tourists, past simple sightseeing tour has not been able to meet their spiritual needs, which proposes a new challenge to the development of Wuling Mountain Area Tourism industry undoubtedly. How to deal with this challenge, I believe that the cultural industry and tourism industry development is the inevitable future development of Wuling Mountain Area.Currently, although it is at the preliminary integration stage of Wuling Mountain Area of cultural industry and tourism industry, how far it is to the standard industrial integration, how about the integration of the development benefit, and at which stage it is.I think that it is the key to measure to establish the relevant benefit evaluation scale.To this end, it expounds the regional economic theory, tourism and cultural theory, the theory of industrial integration and benefit evaluation systems theory,based on an ideal evaluation system,through three rounds of expert scoring and factor analysis,this study gradually established a benefit assessment index system of both integration,development of the index weight and benefit assessment index model. Then taking Zhangjiajie as a case,it calculates the efficiency scores convergence of the two industries.With the universal principles of reasoning,finally it draws that Wuling Mountain Area convergence of the two industries is still at junior and middle stage. In the end,this study puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize and upgrade the combined development of the two industries,providing theoretical basis for the combined development between cultural industry and tourism industry in the Wuling mountain area.It not only enriches the Wuling Mountain Area connotation extension and theoretical foundation of cultural industry and tourism industry development, but also helps explain the basis and inevitability for integration of the two industries in the theoretical level. In addition, this study will have a very important practical significance for the scientific judgment of cultural industry and tourism industry integration development status and its analysis and forecasting trends of the integration in the Wuling Mountain Area.
