In the background of the rapid development of social economy,the level of employee satisfaction seriously affects the survival and development of enterprises.However,state-owned enterprises have their own unique physical characteristics,which are different from private enterprises and government departments,which makes the management of employee satisfaction in state-owned enterprises have certain deficiencies.Under the call of the national reform and transformation of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises should actively respond and successfully and efficiently complete the reform and transformation and development Therefore,state-owned enterprises must attach great importance to the issue of employee satisfaction management.Only when the satisfaction of state-owned enterprises' employees is improved,the work efficiency and enthusiasm of employees will be significantly improved.Based on the research results of previous scholars,this paper summarizes and puts forward a model to measure employee satisfaction of state-owned enterprises.Combined with the current situation of employee satisfaction of HY state-owned companies,it effectively uses questionnaire,interview,data analysis and other research methods to analyze the problems of employee satisfaction of HY state-owned companies,and analyzes and summarizes the enterprise and the employees themselves Based on the current situation of the problems,combined with the results of the study,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the employee satisfaction of HY state-owned company,aiming to improve the welfare compensation,promotion policies,performance evaluation standards and other aspects,so as to improve the employee satisfaction of HY state-owned companyThrough this investigation and research,we can not only make a systematic and in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the employee satisfaction of HY state-owned company,but also put forward targeted and effective suggestions for HY Company,so as to solve the problems existing in the employee satisfaction of HY state-owned company,improve the market competitiveness of HY state-owned company,and improve the situation of employees,so that enterprises and employees can obtain.At the same time,the research results of this paper have a strong reference and reference value for improving employee satisfaction of state-owned enterprises.
