With the rapid growth of the demand for social services, institutional endowment started to become important components of China’s old-age service system as a whole, and pension service personnel as the most direct service provider, the quantity and quality directly affects the entire elderly services. Therefore, creating and fostering a team with Chinese characteristics,adapt to the social development of China’s high-quality service personnel is becoming more urgent. Developed countries in the field of old-age care have established a systematic, scientific, maturity and perfection of elder care management services system. Government in addition to a perfect related policies and regulations, also from nurse to aged care related education and training, improve the old-age social status and pay treatment, pay attention to their career development and so on. At present, our country old-age care practitioners still exist in the whole education level is low; service training is imperfect, low social perception. At the same time nursing jobs because of low income, work intensity, lack of social support and other factors, makes the post less attractive, there is a serious imbalance between supply and demand of labor force.This research in view of the above problems, the main line of questionnaire survey supplemented by a combination of specific cases, individual interviews, literature review and the use of relevant information online. Taking Shenyang city as an example, the age structure of the city’s old-age nursing, education level, work intensity, job satisfaction, receive training, income levels, labor contracts and social insurance to sort out the analysis investigation in practice on the basis of formulating scientific development planning, create a social atmosphere of respect, security, income levels, promoting quality education, which aims at enhancing the overall quality and level of service for the old in China, make sufficient number, high professional level and quality of service good professional level endowment nurse team, to meet the needs of the aging of the population, to promote the healthy and orderly development of old-age industry in China.
