According to the statistics of the ministry of civil affairs,by the end of 2015,the number of elderly people aged 60 and above in china was 220 million,accounting for 16.1%of the total population in china,and the aging degree of the population was increasing.Xi jinping,general secretary of the communist party of china(cpc),said in his report that the country should actively respond to the aging process and speed up the development of its undertakings and industries.endowment service talented person is undertaking and industry organizations,old-age care service provider directly,the stability of employment relationship to the agency cost of choose and employ persons,service quality and sustainability.In this paper,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the courtyard and the courtyard of the village,and then understood the health factors,incentive factors and stability of the pension service personnel.Through the analysis of survey data found that cun cao chun hui nursing home in training system,the collective activities,work environment,cultivate the sense of responsibility,on holiday schedule better meet the needs of the service personnel,makes the brain drain is lower than the average level in beijing.Recognition at the same time,the organization,promotion system,the separation of ability,pay levels,there are still five social insurance and one housing fund to pay respect,lead to the existence of the talent work satisfaction,there is a certain tendency to leave.From the perspective of two-factor theory,the effect of health care factor and incentive factor is different.In the case of limited resources,priority should be given to the health care factors of service personnel and then to satisfy the incentive factors.So,first of all,to gradually improve the level of pension service personnel salary,perfect five insurances security,provide housing subsidies,secondly to improve recognition,increase the ability of managers within the organization and level,improve the system of promotion,etc.These measures will not only require the government to increase financial input,but also enrich the means of policy,as well as the participation of all parties involved in enterprises and social organizations.
