The City Institution Endowment Service Development Research Of Fujian Province

Since the1980s, an aging population increasingly become a global problem, fujian has also step into aging society. Along with the effect of the family planning policy appears, the family structure tend to be smaller, family endowment functions weakening, and the expansion of the scale of the floating population and other factors, the traditional family endowment has failed to meet increasing demand of the endowment, social endowment service demand is increasing. However, in the special circumstances which the old before the rich, only depend on the government power and welfare institutions, for elderly population provide old-age security, is not enough. This article through summary the experience of Taiwan and Hong Kong’s endowment service development and practices, analyzes the endowment service development achievements,existing collects and bottleneck of fujian province, explore the development path of the socialization for the elderly services,and then to provide operable Suggestions for service of industry endowment.
