Internet is one of the greatest technological inventions in the 20 th century. Since 1994, China officially accessed to the Internet, the Internet industry is developing rapidly. According to the 32 nd China Internet Development Statistics Report released by CNNIC, as of the end of June 2013, the scale of China’s Internet users reached 591 million, Internet penetration rate is 44.1%. Mobile Internet, interactive media, online entertainment, e-commerce have become the fastest growing and most influential areas in China.In 2010, the total revenue of Internet industry exceeds 200 billion. Active internet breeds tremendous business opportunities, and there will be a lot of Internet infrastructure services enterprises in China in the future for a long period. However, with the influx of domestic and foreign investment, market volatility and the high-tech promotion, the Internet industry has shown dynamic complex “super-competitive” characteristics, part of the growth of Internet-based services enterprises faced the dual challenges and opportunities. Different from the traditional manufacturing companies and service companies, Internet Company shows many differences in service delivery form, service covering, staff management, etc. Therefore, how to successfully manage and operate Internet infrastructure businesses is one of the key challenges that the senior managers must face.This research chose a local Internet infrastructure services enterprises PG as a research object which has been operating for a decade. We explored the effective element of business model by reviews PG’s development process and business model, and concluded the future development strategy. The main content is divided into five parts, the specific chapters as follows: Chapter I. Introduction, to present the real needs and background, also the research goals; Chapter II is an industry analysis of Internet infrastructure service company and profile of PG company. We firstly reviewed the dynamic capabilities theory, the long tail theory, customer relationship marketing theory, and then described the problems faced by Internet infrastructure services business, and conducted a competitive analysis of PG Company to lay the foundation for further research; Chapter III is the analysis of PG business model. On the base of life cycle theory and related researches of business models research, we described both the start-up period and the growing period business model of PG Company, and analyzed the business model elements; Chapter IV is the future development proposals of PG networks of, we put forward to some suggestions including the establishment of its own brand, integrated production lines and employee equity incentives. Chapter V is the conclusion.
