A Study On The Business Model Of Service Companies With Mobile Internet Background

The internet era has accelerated the transmission of information.Different concepts has collided to result in different breakthrough points.At the same time,various intelligent devices are emerged due to the advance in technology,and as the development of society intelligent devices are becoming more popular and widespread.More and more users are starting to use mobile intelligent devices,and as result many applications are installed on such devices,and this has led to a revolution in the internet industry,which mobile communication industry with internet has come into sight,and caused attention and research.Beyond that,no matter whether it is mobile communication or internet,they can be involved in or cooperated with any industry,and with this new mean of cooperation it may reach out to new opportunities and developments.Under this background,the author starts his research of the business models of companies in the service industry from the point of view of the mobile internet industry,and to discover how the business models have changed,and how they are evolved,and what effects have caused by the change of business models under the influence of mobile internet.The author has done intensive study mainly on the recreations of the business process,profit model and customer value by applying literature research method and descriptive study method and etc.As result,the author has found out that the recreation of business model is required under the current economic market,and it is a trend for those companies in order to develop.However,during the recreation of business model,companies must consider both micro and macro-economic factors.And this is in favor of a long-term development strategy to any company.
