China has the world largest population in mobile communication, cable television and network Internet, but the advantages of the telecom operators are becoming shortening, they are descended to provide pipeline service by the competition in rapid development of Internet, also lots of Internet companies are facing the survival of the fittest in the competition. This thesis will discourse how telecom operators and Internet companies to change their business model, to improve productivity and effective direction to deal with the fierce competition and challenges.Telecom operators in the tide of the development of mobile Internet,business transformation, to improve the product, service improvement, network construction, also made in the establishment of the cooperative business model and terminal operators, content providers explore. The same time, the three operators have become the base of the Internet or set up a special Internet sector, but after years of exploration and transition, never an advantage into greater profitability point of business model.This article, analyzing the current development of the mobile Internet, user behavior analysis, the Internet industry chain, business model and the operator’s existing business model, and by analyzing the classic business model of the large domestic and foreign mobile Internet companies to get the finalout this article on the business model of the telecom operators for new profit point.This thesis will expound in seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction. Brief introduction to the thesis background, purpose, meaning and research methods. The second chapter briefly introduces the development status and trends in the mobile Internet. Be able to understand this chapter an overview of the development of the Internet, we found that the operators are gradually pipeline.The third chapter describes the requirements and behavior of mobile Internet users, which including user growth trends in globe and domestic market, domestic users characteristic and consumption behavior. ultimately summed up some simple business model.The fourth chapter will discuss about industry chain of mobile telecommunication, which including evolution progress of traditional internet and mobile Internet industry chain, his chapter several levels of the industry chain to do a detailed analysis and elaboration of analysis, comparison and competitiveness of operators, and ultimately come to the competition to become the core of the platform.The fifth chapter is analysis of the mobile Internet business model, operation service, advertising business model, and then make conclusion of the analysis in specific business model.the following chapter will discuss telecom operator’s business model as well. Operators have tried at all levels of the industry chain, and ultimately draw the establishment and operation of the platform is always the key to the future of the Internet competition.The last chapter is analysis of developing new business model in entire telecommunication industry,ultimately concluded.
