As a form of organization, the team has been paid more and more attention. At present, it has become a common phenomenon that project team complete the task in the business community, and the project team performance constitutes an important basis for the performance of the enterprise. Along with the extensive application of project team in practice, the research of the project team has become a heat wave. The IT project development team as the research object, this paper explores the relationship between team climate, team commitment and team performance.In order to build a scientific and reasonable theoretical framework, this paper discusses the relationship between team climate, team commitment and team performance. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of team climate, team commitment and team performance, and based on previous research, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of team climate, team commitment and team performance. Secondly, based on previous research, this paper uses questionnaire survey to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Finally, this paper uses statistical analysis software SPSS20.0 to analyze and test data, including descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, internal consistency analysis and regression analysis, and the main conclusions are summarized as follows:(1) team climate has a significant positive impact on team performance. that is, the more positive team climate, the more team performance; the various dimensions of team climate have significant impact on dimensions of team performance;(2) team climate has significant positive impact on team commitment. That is, the better positive team climate, the better team commitment; the various dimensions of team climate have significant impact on dimensions of team commitment;(3) team commitment has significant positive impact on team performance. That is, the better team commitment, the better team performance; the various dimensions of team commitment have significant impact on dimensions of team performance;(4) Team commitment has a intermediary role in the effect of team climate on team performance, which has different effects between different dimensions of team climate and different dimensions of team performance;(5) The valuation of IT project development team members about team climate, team commitment and team performance is not high. Finally, according to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward 3 suggestions to create a good IT project team atmosphere: to create enough working space; to build a friendly interpersonal relationship; to establish the standard management order, and to point out the shortcomings of this research and the development of the future.
