In the knowledge economy era, people’s fate is in the hand of knowledge.In this case, to learn and grow become necessary for both individual and organizational development. Anyone needs to learn through the whole life. Similarly, any organization, which cannot resist learning, pays more attention to training. The ability of staff ultimately determines the prospects of an enterprise. The development of modern human resources management is increasingly emphasizing staff training, which acts as an important factor affecting the company’s and employees’ personal development. Human resources become more and more important in improving the abilities of the staff of all companies. Enterprise must strengthen staff training so as to keep pace with the development of The Times and keep up with the progress of new technology as well. However, when plenty of companies actively get involved in the staff training, many of which cannot get a corresponding training results comparing with the huge training cost.As a result, to design a systematic training system, which is suitable to the actual circumstances, turns to be an important issue to all the companies.This article describes the basic situation of the training system of M company, combined with performance appraisal, competency, career planning, four-dimensional evaluation, and goes through employee surveys, Interview and so on. By collecting large amounts of data, based on comprehensive and thorough study of the current training system of M company, on different levels, including the new comers, grass-roots management staff, middle management staff, senior management staff, a reasonable and applicable theory and methods are made out.This paper starts from the introduction of M company training system, and then digs out the main problems through the analysis of the system, and comes up with a new design of it.The first part focuses on the relevant theory, research and the achievements. The second part introduces the current situation and problems of the M company. The next part analyzes the existing problems and points out the suggestions and makes a new design of the training system. This paper aims to find out the existing problems of the M company and tries to optimize the system and make it more effective. Hopefully the paper could help the other companies construct and optimize their own training system.
