Evaluation Research On Resources And Environmental Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Quanzhou City

With rapid development of the economic, the resources gross of Quanzhou for consumption continuously turning worse since reform and opening, add some important projects of high energy-consuming and heavy pollution went into production successively has caused great damage to the ecology and environment,therefore, the supporting pressure of Resources, Ecology and Environment will become a key issue for influence of future development.This paper takes Quanzhou area as the research object have important significance,made an overall analysis of the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment.The paper has sorted out the related theories and practical basis by collection and reading from both foreign and domestic literature,and take the technical guide of evaluation about Provincial (Regional) resources and environment carrying capacity, a total of 21 indicies were selected in five aspects which include the social economic development,people,s living and background,status,potential of carrying capacity,to construct the evaluation indicator system of the research area.This thesis by use of the Entropy Method to determine the Weight of various indexes and calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of each cities afterwards,then finally,the reasonably division of the comprehensive exploitation for regional land resources based on the actual situation of Quanzhou and the main body function area division of Fujian.The research conclusions show that:first, the resource environmental bearing capacity of Quanzhou city has the strong correlation with people’s living standard and the bearing capacity background, human activities and the development of social economy system have a certain compensation for the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment improving.Second,the spatial difference between regional social economic development and population pressure activity in Quanzhou city is obvious, values in the coastal area is higher than the western inland regions, and the value of the city center is the largest; in terms of bearing capacity, the background and potential of bearing capacity are all smaller in municipal districts and great in mountainous counties.Third, resource environmental bearing capacity status in coastland are generally higher than the mountain counties, but this status is relatively low in municipal districts where has strong social economic development,human activity and inharmonious factor.Fourth, under the influence of ecological and environmental system, the future development of the areas with great bearing potential will be restricted,and the areas with small bearing potential can still maintain a good development through the rational resources allocation.
