| At present, China's socialist market economy is at a crucial stage. The constraints of socio-economic development of deep-rooted contradictions and problems continue to present. Structural reform, regional differences, urban and rural, the promotion of employment are all needed to be studied and solved. The core of these problems eventually settled into the tens of thousands of enterprises. Whether enterprises can achieve sustainable growth is not only related to the survival and development of the enterprises themselves, but also related to socio-economic sustainable, stable and healthy development. Thus, starting from our business practices, absorbing and learning from results of theoretical studies of foreign business growth, establishing evaluation model for enterprise sustainable growth capacity, then, revealing operating mechanism of the sustainable growth of enterprises and the general laws, it does not only provide scientific basic for China to formulate industrial development policies and to maintain sound and fast economic and social development,but also provide significant theoretical value and strategic guidance for China's corporate governance practices.From enhancing comprehensive national strength and participating in international competition point of view, study of the issue of resource-based enterprises can achieve sustainable growth of enterprises, society and the country's and will help to enhance national competitiveness and business growth paradigm. To the corporate principal, sustainable growth is the goal of the business owners, in most cases, also the corporate stakeholders, especially managers and staff. Of the whole society, sustainable growth of enterprises is able to generate marginal contribution to social wealth. The reason is that sustainable growth enterprise can more efficiently use resources than general business. Resources are scarce. From the national point of view, if a country with more sustainable growth enterprises, the country has a stronger competitive advantage.In the global integration process, they can have a larger share of the world's total wealth.From the perspective of business management practices, it is practical significant to discuss affecting factors for business growth and thus build an enterprise evaluation system to promote sustainable growth of enterprises. There are a number of business growth points. They can from the inside and outside impact of business growth to do the theoretical discussion, or from management strategies and frameworks, or evaluate and early warning of sustainable growth of enterprises.From the resource-based business growth and development point of view, resource-based enterprises in the national economy occupy an important position. However, as the resource consumption and depletion, resource-based enterprises will face difficulties in restructuring and growth. Evaluation of sustainable growth capacity of resource-based enterprises in this paper is to explore inherent law of the growth mechanism and surface characteristics. The evaluation indicator system is established based on it. This system can be used to measure the sustainable growth capacity indicator of resource-based enterprise, thus the condition of sustainble growth capacity of resouce-based enterprise could be evaluated scientifically with the case analysis of Zjin Mining Group.Therefore, this paper aims to form evaluation indicators system of sustainable growth and coninuous development of resource-based enterprises so as to direct the growing and development of resouce-based enterprise. Therefore, this article has its theretical and practical meanings.Firstly, this paper views the theory of business growth from home and abroad. Combined with the characteristics of resource-based enterprises and the actual, the sustainable growth theory of resource-based enterprises is summarized. On this basis, this paper studies the generating and fostering of growth capacity of the resource-based enterprises. In the meantime, this paper builds an evaluation index system and evaluation model for growth capacity of the resource-based enterprises. At last, combined with the real situation of Zijin Mining Group AG, this paper does an empirical research to evaluation of growth capacity of the resource-based enterprises and provides measures to enhance sustainable growth capacity. This paper meets the need of comprehensive system of indicators, feasibility, forward-looking, etc., This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation of index system of the target system for sustainable growth of resource-based enterprises. This paper reaches a basic agreement results, which is with a certain degree of credibility.
