International Trends in the hotel’s performance in the expansion, expanding the number of scale, increased format, and feature-oriented policies, the service sector makes high staff turnover in the hotel industry, the core staff in short supply. Career era without borders also makes people increasingly pay attention to career growth.In this study, the mechanism of growth and photosynthesis of introducing the tree botany, to show the process of professional growth of high-star hotel key employees, which, through theoretical analysis, interviews with experts on staff career growth stage to be divided, with questionnaires and interviews phased approach to the needs of the elements were analyzed in accordance with the definition stage, to the stage after the needs of the elements as the basis, combined with the research literature review and interviews with staff career growth factor derived cultures need hotel. On this basis, build tree model employee career growth and training system.Through the above analysis, the conclusions are as follows:1. Based on the job, working years, roles, capabilities, social relations, wage levels and the number of employees and other subordinates eight career growth factors will be divided high-star hotel is dependent on key employees, growth, independence period, the sublimation of the four stage.2. Different stages of growth factors have different needs, depending on the employees tend to self accomplishment, the ability of ordinary skill in the elements, growing employee needs to learn, problem solving, etc., independent of employee needs leadership, management skills, language and other capabilities of the elements.3.The elements of the different stages of training needs to be provided by the hotel design elements, including training methods, training in four areas philosophy, corporate culture, incentives and other elements of the culture reached a reasonable set of talent management multiplier effect.4. In the social dimension of the environment, to a personal level for the roots, trunk demand factor as to train elements of the enterprise as fertilizer, building treemodel employee career growth.5. Based on staff development stage, the employee needs to build elements containing elements of culture training system.
