Research On Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of China's New Generation Information Technology Industry

The new generation of information technology industry is the important part of the strategic emerging industry.It is the main force to improve the scale of the national economic market.It is of great importance to promote economic development and industrial structure adjustment because of its large amount of technology,wide range of application and large space combined with the traditional industry.In the global economy,the IT industry in China has developed rapidly,but at the same time there are some problems: the high dependence of the core technology,the lack of professional talents,the lack of effective cooperation among the innovators,and the key to solving these problems is to improve the efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry.It is of great significance to solve the problems in the development of the new generation of information technology industry from the perspective of technological innovation efficiency,promote the technological innovation ability of the strategic emerging industries and lead country to the high point of the international economy.Guided by the theory of technological innovation and the theory of innovation efficiency,this thesis focuses on the main line of “the factors influencing the efficiency of technological innovation in the new generation of IT industry”.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the new generation of information technology industry and the related literature of technological innovation efficiency,choose C-D logarithm production function model and DEA model to measure the technological innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry,and choose the C-D logarithm production function model,studies the factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation.The results show that the efficiency of technological innovation is the lowest in the field of triple play,and new flat panel display is the highest,the technological innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry is growing slightly,and the growth rate is slow.And build the overall industry and six major areas technology invalid item model,the results show that capital intensity,enterprise scale,profitability and governmentsupport to technological innovation efficiency positive impact;ownership structure has a negative impact on the efficiency of technological innovation;the influence factors on the efficiency of technological innovation in different fields are different.Finally,based on the empirical analysis conclusion,from the aspects of strengthen the R&D investment,improve the structure of fixed assets,optimize the shareholding structure of enterprises,strengthen government support,improve the profitability of enterprises and strengthen the enterprise scale management,put forward the suggestions of raising the new generation information technology industry technology innovation efficiency.
