Because of its convenience and high efficiency, e-commerce has changed the traditional way of life and has been more and more widely accepted by enterprises at the same time. Enterprise business model began to change from traditional business mode to the mode of e-commerce. E-commerce projects are launched for the implementation of e-commerce mode. In fact, the development of electronic commerce project is a "double-edged sword", on the one hand the electronic commerce project can bring great opportunities and benefits to the enterprise, on the other hand, compared with the general project, many uncertain factors exist in the process of project development due to the characteristics of e-commerce. Therefore, in order to ensure the electronic commerce projects carried out smoothly and successfully, it is particularly important and worthy of attention to evaluate the risk of electronic commerce. In general, risk identification, risk evaluation and risk control are three essential links in the study of the project risk. Firstly, theories and methods to evaluate electronic commerce are summarized systematically, based on which this paper fully recognize and summarize risk factors in different phase of the e-commerce project, such as project start-up phase, project implementation phase and project completion phase. And draw a conclusion that the main risk which may influence the electronic commerce project are environmental risk, risk of lack of feasibility study, project requirements analysis risk, people risk, organizational management risk, technology risk, design risk, capital risk, database quality risk and document management risk etc. After the identification of risk factors in each stage of the project, the AHP and expert evaluation method are used to evaluate the probability of occurrence and the degree of influence of risk. Moreover, combined with the preliminary evaluation results, the interdependent relationship between all risk factors is recognized and evaluated to obtain the risk assessment. Finally, the projects are compared and analyzed from two aspects include the interdependent relationship between all risk factors and different stages of project.
