The Low Carbon Management Evaluation Research Of Ethylene Plants In China

As the transformation of economic structure requirements and guidelines for energy saving and emission reduction in high pollution, high emissions, high energy consumption industries have been put forward in China’s "12th Five Year Plan", carbon reduction has become a challenge that Chinese chemical enterprises must face. Ethylene industry is the hard core of the petrochemical industry, low carbon production of ethylene enterprise is an important task in petroleum and chemical industry as well as the whole chemical industry. This article is based on the basic theory of low carbon management and industry characters of ethylene enterprises, provides a set of evaluation index system and the evaluation model which is more suitable for the evaluation of the ethylene enterprise low carbon management effect.In this study, I summarized relevant theory of the low carbon and low carbon management, reviewed the previous research on low carbon management foundation and the areas that scholars at home and abroad focused on. Through the analysis of the current situation, existing problems of Chinese ethylene production enterprises and the production process flow, I summarized the main influencing factors of low carbon management level. Combined with the guidance on low carbon evaluation method and evaluation index issued by national ministries and authorities, I put forward a comprehensive evaluation index system, and used AHP method to determine the weight of evaluation index. In the aspect of evaluation method, according to the feature of evaluation objects, the grey correlation degree model is improved based on the traditional VIKOR algorithm, so that the evaluation results are more significant and more convincing. Finally, I selected a representative production enterprise for empirical research, and the evaluation results were horizontal and vertical compared and analyzed. On this basis, combined with the development level of enterprises and the actual situation, suggestions to promote the development of enterprises low carbon management were proposed.
